Central Head Responsibilities
Central Head responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. Design policies that align with overall strategy. Implement efficient processes and standards. Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection).
Central Head Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements. Supervises the activities of subordinates. Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.
Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on center projects, progress, status for management or outside agencies. Designs, develops and recommends new programs, projects and activities relating to research, executive. Reviews applications or other center documents to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to the center. Serves as center representative during projects by responding to and resolving emergency situations.
