Legal Consultant Job Description
• To assist in evaluating the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that needs to be resolved on a priority basis
• To draw up formalities about the settlement of legal cases and oversees the implementation of the legal clauses
• To coordinate, follow-up and monitor the progress of the cases pending in various courts of law all around the country in cooperation with the Council’s legal representatives
• Taking an assistance role, notably during meetings, hearings, etc., and prioritising work to ensure that the services supplied are of high quality
