Influencer manager Job Description
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; demonstrated success in outreach campaign tactics;
• Familiarity with the social media marketing sector; interest in influencer + brand marketing with a focus on community development
• Drive to create novel and efficient ways to enthuse and engage influencers with a focus on extending the programme
• Creativity, curiosity, organisation, problem-solver, and kindness
• In-depth awareness of all legal requirements pertinent to the influencer area.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, the data and social statistics behind it, in order to demonstrate campaign success.
• Comprehensive expertise in social media platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
Influencer Manager Required Skills
• Identify, oversee, and approach important digital influencers, expanding on current connections and forming new ones.
• Proven track record of effectively completing influencer marketing campaigns
• Exceptional judgement when working with influencers, team members, client connections, and vendors as well as good negotiation skills
• Capability to handle several social media platforms; leadership and team management skills; and delivery of innovative content ideas
• Knowledge of web marketing tactics and resources
